ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Nichole Jordan is the Director of Contact Center
Operations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). In this role, she
oversees over 950 employees in four locations with the mission of delivering a
superior customer service experience.
Nichole began her career with PG&E in 2002 as a Customer Services
Management Trainee and has held several leadership roles throughout the
company. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Director of Service
and Sales in
Nichole serves on the board of directors for three non-profit organizations –
the Embarcadero YMCA, the African American Art and Culture Complex, and the
Twenty Pearls Foundation. She also actively volunteers with Habitat for
Humanity, Girls Inc., the United Negro College Fund and the San Francisco AIDS
Foundation and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Nichole has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from U.C. Davis and an M.B.A. from the
Wharton West Executive MBA program. Her proudest accomplishments include
receiving PG&E’s 2008 President’s Diversity Champion Award and launching
the MBA Fellowship program at PG&E – which provides full tuition
sponsorship for high potential employees.

Groves-Hawthorne acts as the Lead Business Advisor for the Alameda
County SBDC matching client requests for services with the best
available resource. She has over 15 years of private equity and
investment experience and has helped generate over $80 million in
returns to investors. As an industry veteran, Ms. Groves-Hawthorne has
experience working with start-up companies, firms interested in
acquisition strategies and businesses seeking growth and buy-out
financing.
What the Future Job Market Demands : Alumni Talk
Mr Ravi has over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, corporate
administration, sales & marketing and project management. He has
managed closing of Seed, Series A and Series B funding totalling over
$30 million. He is an adjunct faculty at CSUEB. His company, The Mistry
Group, provides business process consulting to startups.
MBA Seminar -Insights into Commercial Real Estate
This seminar highlights the opportunities in the commercial real estate market. Staff from the PLB Group will share their insights into the economics and dynamics of our local markets.

Dr. Daniel Martin's topic is “Social Dominance Orientation and Workplace Outcomes.” It should be a fun and thoughtful discussion.
